In order to be able to use the CCs @ Caltech you have to register (with your certificate) and follow the Instructions here: https://ligo.aset.psu.edu/account.shtml

Once you have the login, you can use your certificate to log into the ldas-grid.ligo-la.caltech.edu cluster, where you can submit jobs.
